Management
Works
We analyse and manage management performance to maximise the corporate value of Access Labs and lead to profit generation. Also we are in charge of inventory management of parts for product production, employee welfare such as anniversary and event management along with order placement, and general affairs such as mail management and customer service.
What skills and
abilities are needed?
Meticulousness
No detail is too small to keep things running smoothly.
Computer-usage Ability
Basic Excel and Word skills are required for our team, including bookkeeping and filing.
Communication
You will often need to communicate with other departments, so good communication skills are essential.
