[Chapter 1 General Provisions]
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users regarding membership registration and service use of the internet site (www.xslab.co.kr) operated by XSLAB Co., Ltd.
Article 2 (Definitions)
¨ç 'XSLAB' is also used to mean a business operator that operates a virtual business place and site established to allow users to trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers, in order to provide goods or services to users.
¨è 'User' refers to members and non-members who access or visit 'XSLAB' and receive services provided by 'XSLAB' in accordance with these terms and conditions.
¨é 'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to 'XSLAB', who continuously receives information from 'XSLAB', and who can continuously use the services provided by 'XSLAB'.
¨ê 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the services provided by 'XSLAB' without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Specification and Revision of Terms and Conditions)
¨ç 'XSLAB' shall post the contents of these terms and conditions, company name, contact information (phone, fax, email address, etc.) on the footer link of the site so that users can easily find them.
¨è 'XSLAB' may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act.
¨é If 'XSLAB' amends the terms and conditions, it will notify the application date and the reason for the amendment along with the current terms and conditions on the notice board of the site from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date.
¨ê If 'XSLAB' amends the terms and conditions, the amended terms and conditions shall apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the provisions of the terms and conditions before the amendment shall apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already concluded a contract sends their intent to be subject to the provisions of the amended terms and conditions to 'XSLAB' within the notice period of the amended terms and conditions under Paragraph 3 and receives the consent of 'XSLAB', the provisions of the amended terms and conditions shall apply.
¨ë Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall follow the e-commerce consumer protection guidelines established by the government and relevant laws or commercial practices.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
¨ç 'XSLAB' provides the following services: Provision of information on goods or products and conclusion of purchase contracts, delivery of goods or products for which a purchase contract has been concluded, and other services determined by 'XSLAB'.
¨è 'XSLAB' may change the details of the goods/products to be provided under contracts to be concluded in the future in the event of goods being out of stock or changes in technical specifications.
¨é If 'XSLAB' changes the content of the service contracted with the user due to reasons such as goods being out of stock or changes in technical specifications, 'XSLAB' shall not compensate for damages incurred by the user. However, this shall not apply if 'XSLAB' has intent or negligence.
Article 5 (Interruption of Service)
¨ç 'XSLAB' may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or disruption of communication.
¨è In the case of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, 'XSLAB' shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 8.
¨é 'XSLAB' shall not compensate for damages incurred by the user or a third party due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if 'XSLAB' has intent or negligence.
[Chapter 2 Membership Agreement]
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
¨ç 'XSLAB' users apply for membership by filling out member information after expressing their intent to agree to these terms and conditions according to the registration form set by 'XSLAB'.
¨è 'XSLAB' registers as a member those users who have applied for membership as in Paragraph 1, as long as they do not fall under any of the following items: If the applicant has previously lost membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these terms and conditions, provided that an exception is made for those who have passed 3 years since the loss of membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 3 and have obtained approval for re-registration from the site. If there are false statements, omissions, or errors in the registration details, or if it is judged that registering the user as a member would significantly impede 'XSLAB's' technical operations.
¨é The membership agreement is established when the user completes the membership application process, as long as there is no notice of refusal of the application from 'XSLAB'.
¨ê If there is a change in the registered information under Article 15, Paragraph 1, the member must immediately notify 'XSLAB' of the change by email or other methods.
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualifications, etc.)
¨ç A member may request withdrawal at any time, and 'XSLAB' shall immediately process the membership withdrawal.
¨è If a member falls under any of the following reasons, 'XSLAB' may restrict and suspend membership qualifications:
If false information was registered at the time of application; if the member fails to pay debts incurred in connection with the use of 'XSLAB', such as the price of goods or products purchased, on the due date; if the member threatens the e-commerce order by interfering with another person's use or stealing their information; if the member commits acts prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions or acts contrary to public order and morals.
¨é If the same act is repeated twice or more after restricting or suspending membership, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days, 'XSLAB' may terminate the membership.
¨ê If 'XSLAB' terminates a membership, the member's registration is canceled. In this case, the member will be notified, and given an opportunity to explain before the cancellation of membership registration.
Article 8 (Notification to Members)
¨ç When 'XSLAB' notifies a member, it can be done to the email address submitted by the member to 'XSLAB'.
¨è In the case of notification to an unspecified number of members, 'XSLAB' may substitute individual notification by posting on the notice board for at least one week.

[Chapter 4 Obligations]
Article 9 (Company's Obligations)
¨ç 'XSLAB' shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.
¨è 'XSLAB' must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the internet service.
¨é If 'XSLAB' causes damage to a user by engaging in unfair display or advertising practices regarding products or services in violation of Article 3 of the ¡¸Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising¡¹, it shall be liable for compensation.
¨ê 'XSLAB' does not send commercial advertising emails that users do not want.
Article 10 (Member's Obligations Regarding ID and Password)
¨ç The member is responsible for managing their ID and password, except in the case of Article 15.
¨è Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
¨é The member is responsible for any damages resulting from insufficient management of ID and password, user negligence, or use by a third party.
¨ê If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify 'XSLAB' and follow any instructions provided by 'XSLAB'.
Article 11 (User's Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
1. Registering false information when applying or changing information
2. Transmitting or posting information other than that specified by 'XSLAB' (computer programs, etc.)
3. Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, of third parties
4. Acts that damage the reputation of or interfere with the business of third parties
5. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the site
[Chapter 5 Miscellaneous]
Article 12 (Relationship Between Linked Site and Linked-to Site)
¨ç 'XSLAB' does not guarantee transactions conducted between the user and a linked site regarding goods or products independently provided by the linked site.
Article 13 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
¨ç Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by 'XSLAB' belong to the company.
¨è The user shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained by using 'XSLAB' for commercial purposes or allow a third party to use it without prior consent from 'XSLAB'.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
¨ç 'XSLAB' shall establish and operate a damage compensation processing body to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for such damages.
¨è 'XSLAB' shall prioritize the handling of complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user will be immediately notified of the reason and the processing schedule.
¨é Disputes arising between 'XSLAB' and the user may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established under Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions and Article 15 of the same Act's Enforcement Decree.
Article 15 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
¨ç Lawsuits concerning e-commerce disputes arising between 'XSLAB' and the user shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
¨è The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to e-commerce lawsuits filed between 'XSLAB' and the user.
Article 16 (Rules Other Than Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Product details posted on the XSLAB website and the VoraMall (voramall.com) shopping mall may differ in detail due to performance improvements, changes in reference dates, or other conditions, and are subject to change without notice.
(Effective Date) These terms and conditions shall become effective on July 05, 2023.
